A government that sets out to abolish market prices is inevitably driven toward the abolition of private property; it has to recognize that there is no middle way between the system of private property in the means of production combined with free contract, and the system of common ownership of the means of production, or socialism. It is gradually forced toward compulsory production, universal obligation to labor, rationing of consumption, and, finally, official regulation of the whole of production and consumption.

The wholesale socialization and subsequent destruction of the US economy continues apace. The most recent example of the massive malinvestment brought on by the Federal leviathan is the saga of the Chevy Volt.

GM recently decided to suspend production of the volt due to declining sales - they have also stopped releasing sales projections. From AP:

A GM spokesman said Friday that the company will shut down production of the Volt from March 19 until April 23, idling 1,300 workers at the Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant.

General Motors was once the Jewel in the crown of American Capitalism. By many, it was considered the greatest manufacturing company in America, if not the world. The company was destroyed by the insidious nature of the Neo-National Socialism that has infected the USA for well on 80 years now, when the merger of state and corporate power that swept across Europe was aped first by Hoover and then by FDR in the disastrous New Deal. The unions that were encouraged to eat away at GM from the inside were bailed out and the US Federal government took a 25% ownership in company. In the 2009 deal to “restructure” GM, the bondholders were wiped out, and the Unions were given a free pass to continue their destructive behaviors.

Built by what is now a de facto state-owned corporation, the Volt was the child of the green-washed brains of the Obama administration. The Volt was built for no-one, but a vision of the perfect, “New eco-Socialist Man”. Who is buying the Volt? According to Bill Visnic, senior editor of Edmunds.com, "The Volt appeals to an affluent, progressive demographic” General Motors itself stated that the average income of a Volt buyer is $175,000 a year. This trend does of course line up with the type of individual who has been at the forefront of the environmental movement since day one. A rarefied elite, righteously indignant, statist in nature, ready to have the government force eco-correct behavior on all who inhabit the land. The classic example is Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, who once opined that “In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, to contribute something to solving overpopulation”.

The Volt is a very good example of what happens when the means of production falls into the hands of the State. The system of profit and loss that can only operate when prices are set by the private owners of the materials and the means of production. The Chevy Volt can only exist within the sphere of the state wherein there is no rational economic calculation possible. From Economic Calculation in the Socialist Commonwealth by Ludwig von Mises:

Hence, in a socialist state wherein the pursuit of economic calculation is impossible, there can be--in our sense of the term--no economy whatsoever. In trivial and secondary matters rational conduct might still be possible, but in general it would be impossible to speak of rational production any more. There would be no means of determining what was rational, and hence it is obvious that production could never be directed by economic considerations.

When taking a look at the resources that have been poured into the Volt, one can only come to the conclusion that there was no rational economic calculation present. It is estimated by Tom Gantert that the Volt has received up to $3 Billion in Local, State and Federal Subsidies. And if you believe that GM has indeed sold 6,000 Volts, then the total subsidy per car can be estimated anywhere from $50,000 to $250,000. All of this for a mid-sized 4 door sedan that retails for $39,828 (eligible for a $7,500 federal rebate of course).

Compare that with TATA motors Nano, a four door wonder built in India with a sticker price of just under $3,000 USD for the base model. Without the hampering effects of state intervention and government backed unions monopolizing the labor pool, it is amazing what can be profitable. It’s a wonder the car doesn’t explode into flames.

If you have an understanding of the necessity of private property, and the market based, wealth generating price system that accompanies it, one shouldn’t be surprised that the Volt is such a massive failure. Even after the clear example of the failed crusade of abolishing private property for half of the world’s population during the 20^th century yielded nothing but starvation and death on a genocidal scale, there are still some who claim that “Socialism hasn’t been tried” or “free markets can’t allocate resources”. Of course if we take an honest look at the test cases provided by history, it is clear where the truth lies.

THE GERMAN TEST CASE

At the end of the Second World War, Germany was split into two halves – the eastern half ruled by the Soviet Union was known as the GDR or German Democratic Republic, and the western half was occupied by France, the UK and USA and known as the FRG or Federal Republic of Germany.

In East Germany Socialism and the abolition of private property and central planning of the economy for the allocation of resources was instituted. According to Jacob G. Hornburger, in Western Germany:

The Allied occupation officials imposed an extensive set of price controls on the German economy. When Ludwig Erhard, the free-market leader of Germany, asked the officials to lift the controls in order to relieve the economic plight of the German people, they refused, claiming that an immediate lifting of controls would produce chaos. One Sunday morning, to the surprise of everyone, Erhard issued a public announcemment lifting the controls. It was that action, more than anything else, that led to what became known as the German “economic miracle.

The German government of the day threw off the yoke of price controls and opened the doors for innovation and capital accumulation.

MERCEDES VS. TRABANT

Two populations, similar in composition, were subjected to two different economic systems, private property and free market prices vs. state ownership of the means of production. The results of this 40 year experiment were quite clear – in 1988, West Germany was producing the best cars in the world and East Germany was producing the Trabant, a car that literally melted away.

The USSA has been accelerating down the road of serfdom for more than 80 years now, and the incremental destruction of private property and the rule of law. The USSA is gradually forcing compulsory production, universal obligation to labor, rationing of consumption, and, finally, official regulation of the whole of production and consumption. The Volt is only a symptom of the socialist cancer at the core of Washington D.C. and welfare/warfare state that is has spawned. Is the Volt a vision of the future? Or a sign of the coming collapse of the system?

“They were completely see through so we could see everything," said Anna Pagac, a receptionist at Salon Bliss in Rochester Hills. "He had no underwear on or nothing."

It’s believed the same man has targeted stores across metro Detroit over the last few months, avoiding security cameras until he visited Salon Bliss Tuesday night just before closing time.

He asked for a Brazilian wax, a back wax, and waxing services before walking out the door.

The man was wearing a backwards baseball hat, a shirt inside out and backwards, and pantyhose cut off at the ankles. He was also wearing slippers. He is believed to be in his 50's or 60's, with a heavier upper body and skinny legs.

Investigators with the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department say his goal is to get attention, but if he’s caught he could be charged with indecent exposure.

Authorities say he is likely the same man who has victimized women at 10 stores across metro Detroit, including a Bath and Body Works in Chesterfield Township, Francesca's Collection in Rochester, Justice Clothing in Canton, and shops and salons in West Blnomfield, Bloomfield Township and Auburn Hills.

Pagac says it’s nothing to laugh about as she felt violated and threatened.

“I was so shaken up,” Pagac said.

Underwear Bomber False Flag Patsy?

Michigan Attorney Kurt Haskell witnessed the so-called underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, being escorted around security at Amsterdam's Schipol Airport by a man in a tan suit who spoke perfect American English and who aided Umar in boarding without a passport.

Haskell stated "I became further saddened from this case, when Patrick Kennedy of the State Department during Congressional hearings, admitted that Umar was a known terrorist, was being followed, and was allowed into the U.S. "so that it could catch Umar’s accomplices". Also, in late 2010, the FBI admitted to giving out intentionally defective bombs to the Portland Christmas Tree Bomber, the Wrigley Field Bomber and several others.

The State Department and FBI clearly admit their guilt in conspiring to create false flag terrorist acts in order to further the Governments' agenda! Imagine my disappointment when I heard nothing of this on Fox or the BBC!!

Quite clearly, Mr Haskell is a very credible witness and deserves to be heard. Let us hope and pray that he is not involved in a fatal car accident or commits suicide any time soon.

Every victim of a crime in Michigan is entitled to make a statement in open court regarding the impact of the crime on their life. The statement is limited to the victim’s physical, emotional and financial well being as it relates to the crime. Keep that in mind as you read my statement. Below is a copy of the victim impact statement I gave today at the Underwear Bomber sentencing hearing. When reading my statement, keep in mind that I am a practicing attorney in the State of Michigan. In addition, I regularly practice in the Court the hearings are taking place at and therefore, I am somewhat limited as to what I can say. We were limited to 5 minutes each.



I wish to thank the Court for allowing me these 5 minutes to make my statement. My references to the government in this statement refer to the Federal Government excluding this Court and the prosecution. On Christmas Day 2009, my wife and I were returning from an African safari and had a connecting flight through Amsterdam. As we waited for our flight, we sat on the floor next to the boarding gate. What I witnessed while sitting there and subsequent events have changed my life forever. While I sat there, I witnessed Umar dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt, being escorted around security by a man in a tan suit who spoke perfect American English and who aided Umar in boarding without a passport. The airline gate worker initially refused Umar boarding until the man in the tan suit intervened. The event meant nothing to me at the time. Little did I know that Umar would try to kill me a few hours later as our flight approached Detroit. The final 10 minutes of our flight after the attack were the worst minutes of my life. During those 10 minutes I sat paralyzed in fear. Unfortunately, what happened next has had an even greater impact on my life and has saddened me further.

When we landed, I was shocked that our plane taxied up to the gate. I was further shocked that we were forced to sit on the plane for 20 minutes with powder from the so called bomb all over the cabin. The officers that boarded the plane did nothing to ensure our safety and did not check for accomplices or other explosive devices. Several passengers trampled through parts of the bomb as they exited the plane. We were then taken into the terminal with our unchecked carry on bags. Again, there was no concern for our safety even though Umar told the officers that there was another bomb on board as he exited the plane. I wondered why nobody was concerned about our safety, accomplices or other bombs and the lack of concern worried me greatly. I immediately told the FBI my story in order to help catch the accomplice I had seen in Amsterdam. It soon became obvious that the FBI wasn’t interested in what I had to say, which upset me further. For one month the government refused to admit the existence of the man in the tan suit before changing course and admitting his existence in an ABC News article on January 22, 2010. That was the last time the government talked about this man. The video that would prove the truth of my account has never been released. I continue to be emotionally upset that the video has not been released. The Dutch police, meanwhile, in this article (show article), also confirmed that Umar did not show his passport in Amsterdam which also meant that he didn’t go through security as both are in the same line in Amsterdam. It upsets me that the government refuses to admit this fact.

I became further saddened from this case, when Patrick Kennedy of the State Department during Congressional hearings, admitted that Umar was a known terrorist, was being followed, and the U.S. allowed him into the U.S. so that it could catch Umar’s accomplices. I was once again shocked and saddened when Michael Leiter of the National Counter terrorism Center admitted during these same hearings that intentionally letting terrorists into the U.S. was a frequent practice of the U.S. Government. I cannot fully explain my sadness, disappointment and fear when I realized that my government allowed an attack on me intentionally.

During this time, I questioned if my country intentionally put a known terrorist onto my flight with a live bomb. I had many sleepless nights over this issue. My answer came shortly thereafter. In late 2010, the FBI admitted to giving out intentionally defective bombs to the Portland Christmas Tree Bomber,the Wrigley Field Bomber and several others. Further, Mr. Chambers was quoted in the Free Press on January 11, 2011 when he indicated that the government’s own explosives experts had indicated that Umar’s bomb was impossibly defective. I wondered how that could be. Certainly, I thought, Al Qaeda wouldn’t go through all of the trouble to plan such an attack only to provide the terrorist with an impossibly defective bomb.

I attended nearly all of the pretrial hearings. At the hearing on January 28, 2011, I was greatly disappointed by the prosecution’s request to block evidence from Mr. Chambers “as it could then be able to be obtained by third parties, who could use it in a civil suit against the government”. It really bothered me that the government apparently was admitting to wrongdoing of some kind as it admitted that it was concerned it would be sued. It further upset me to know that the government was putting its own interests ahead of those of the passengers.

When I attended the jury selection hearings, I questioned why versions of the same two questions kept coming up, those being:

1. Do you think you’ll be able to tell whether something is actually a bomb? and
 2. Do you realize that sometimes the media doesn’t always tell the truth?

I continued to be greatly saddened at this point as I felt the truth continued to be hidden.

When Umar listed me as his only witness, I was happy to testify, not on his behalf, but on behalf of the truth. I never expected to testify, as my eyewitness account would have been too damaging to the myth that the government and media are putting forward. A mere 5 days after I was announced as a witness, there was an inexplicable guilty plea which exasperated me as I no longer would be testifying.

In closing I will just say that regardless of how the media and government try to shape the public perception of this case, I am convinced that Umar was given an intentionally defective bomb by a U.S. Government agent and placed on our flight without showing a passport or going through security, to stage a false terrorist attack to be used to implement various government policies.

The effect this matter has had on my life has been astounding and due to this case, I will never trust the government in any matter, ever.

In regards to sentencing, nothing I’ve said excuses the fact that Umar tried to kill me. He has waived his valid claim to the entrapment defense. Umar, you are not a great Muslim martyr, you are merely a “Patsy”. I ask the court to impose the mandatory sentence.

I wondered how that could be. Certainly, I thought, Al Qaeda wouldn’t go through all of the trouble to plan such an attack only to provide the terrorist with an impossibly defective bomb.

I attended nearly all of the pretrial hearings. At the hearing on January 28, 2011, I was greatly disappointed by the prosecution’s request to block evidence from Mr. Chambers “as it could then be able to be obtained by third parties, who could use it in a civil suit against the government”. It really bothered me that the government apparently was admitting to wrongdoing of some kind as it admitted that it was concerned it would be sued. It further upset me to know that the government was putting its own interests ahead of those of the passengers.

When I attended the jury selection hearings, I questioned why versions of the same two questions kept coming up, those being:

1. Do you think you’ll be able to tell whether something is actually a bomb? and
 2. Do you realize that sometimes the media doesn’t always tell the truth?

I continued to be greatly saddened at this point as I felt the truth continued to be hidden.

When Umar listed me as his only witness, I was happy to testify, not on his behalf, but on behalf of the truth. I never expected to testify, as my eyewitness account would have been too damaging to the myth that the government and media are putting forward. A mere 5 days after I was announced as a witness, there was an inexplicable guilty plea which exasperated me as I no longer would be testifying.

In closing I will just say that regardless of how the media and government try to shape the public perception of this case, I am convinced that Umar was given an intentionally defective bomb by a U.S. Government agent and placed on our flight without showing a passport or going through security, to stage a false terrorist attack to be used to implement various government policies.

The effect this matter has had on my life has been astounding and due to this case, I will never trust the government in any matter, ever.

In regards to sentencing, nothing I’ve said excuses the fact that Umar tried to kill me. He has waived his valid claim to the entrapment defense. Umar, you are not a great Muslim martyr, you are merely a “Patsy”. I ask the court to impose the mandatory sentence.

Detroit Columnist Calls for Sterilants in Drinking Water to Curb Poverty Numbers

My Private Water Rights are increasingly under threat and now Nolan Finley of the the Detroit News proposes that contraceptives be added to the water supply. Maybe they are already putting hallucinatory drugs in the water supply and only people like Mr Finley are susceptible!

Water fluoridation was always just a gateway for a greater drugging of society.

The Detroit News has published a call to add contraceptives to the water supply, a dangerous and repugnant proposal for gross state power over life and death– all in the name of fighting the “breeding poverty” of the welfare class. Editorial page editor Nolan Finley writes:

“Since the national attention is on birth control, here’s my idea: If we want to fight poverty, reduce violent crime and bring down our embarrassing drop-out rate, we should swap contraceptives for fluoride in Michigan’s drinking water.“

This arrogant proposal– straight from the classic Eugenics model– will not curb the dependency in the welfare class. Instead, if implemented, it would cause a spike in the cancer rate, exacerbate the presence of gender-bending compounds in our common provisions, all while serving to legitimize nanny state control over all of us– not just those taking handouts or “breeding” irresponsibly.

In the first sense, Finley is airing class warfare arguments designed to play off segments of society under a larger climate of anger about the economic crisis or the socialistic takeover under ObamaCare (now couched in a debate about subsidized birth control). No doubt Detroit is plagued with problems, but this proposal is an elitist problem-reaction-solution ploy (whether the author realizes it or not) aptly geared at drawing ire from its readers about paying out the dole to the undeserving, all while instead cheering for their own destruction via drugging the water supply.

Why?

Let’s breakdown a few key points here:

1.) BIRTH CONTROL AND OTHER HORMONAL DISRUPTORS ARE ALREADY IN THE WATER & CAUSING PROBLEMS
A few years ago, investigations by the Associated Press and others underscored a little talked about problem. Hundreds of different pharmaceuticals and modern chemical compounds are ALREADY inadvertently polluting our drinking water. Runoff and toilet-to-tap systems allow excreted and disposed pharmaceuticals and pills of all sorts to enter right back into our water supply. These dangerous compounds are affecting all stratas of society– from wealthy, “responsible” families on down. Even if targeting the dependent class was morally acceptable and desirable, there’s no way to limit the exposure.

Toxic and gender-bending hormonal endocrine disruptors are destroying the environment and triggering cancer and other health problems. Spikes in prostrate cancer, breast cancer, thyroid problems and more are attributed to these chemicals, even as much of the media tries to downplay the effects as being at “safe levels.” Some ludicrously act as if turning a blind eye to hormonal pollution will make the problem go away.

Instead, these artificial sex hormones, along with known carcinogens like arsenic, uranium, radium, and tetrachloroethylene not only violate the Safe Drinking Water Act, but coincide with increased reports of “‘intersex’ animals that live in or near the water: male alligators with undersize penises, male fish that produce eggs as well as sperm, male sea birds with female trait,” as Susan Kim at the Huffington Post writes.

2.) DETROIT OP-ED JUST REGURGITATING LONG-ESPOUSED COERCIVE POPULATION CONTROL MEASURES
The Detroit News‘ Nolan Finley is not presenting original ideas. Proposals to add sterilants to the water are not new; instead there are long-standing calls from eugenicists for covert mass sterilization, and this article gives reason to believe these poisonous ideas are gaining acceptance among a sheep-like and deeply divided population turned against itself.

Current White House science advisor John P. Holdren co-wrote the 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which lays out in detail a wide-array of coercive and voluntary-submission population control methods. One of the most drastic is that of “Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods” (p. 787). Other drastic proposals include starving the poor by consolidating the global food supply and depriving nations who don’t meet population reduction goals of proportionate food rations (p. 942-3).

Putting sterilants in the water, though, dates back further to a 1969 memo sent in private from Planned Parenthood VP Frederick S. Jaffe to the Rockefeller-created Population Council’s President Bernard Berelson. It advocated drastic coercive measures including “Fertility control agents in water supply” and “encourage increased homosexuality.” But much of the one-page memo also aimed to dangle state benefits over expectant mothers to encourage abortions, sterilization and birth control through payments, tax credits and public housing policies. There is no doubting the racist tinge in this language, just as in this current editorial aimed at Detroit’s large minority populations.

Both Jaffe and Berelson are recipients of the Margaret Sanger Award for their population control work. Rockefeller-funded Sanger is a classical Eugenicist, and the founder of the Birth Control League that later transformed into Planned Parenthood. She was a key player in the highly inflammatory “Negro Project” (to reduce numbers in the black population) wherein she bluntly wrote in 1939 that “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”


More recently, “bio-ethicists” like Oxford professor Julian Savulescu have called for adding other drugs to the water supply, too. Savulsecu, and many others like Irish Psychiatrist Dr. Moosajee Bhamjee, have advocated that lithium could be spiked in water to curb suicides, using the acceptance of water fluoridation to legitimize more and more mass drugging by the state.

Extremists like Dr. Eric Pianka have resurrected elite cries to sterilize everyone in the world, and only offer the antidote those willing to work for it. Plastic estrogen mimickers like Bisphenol-A were already making this possible, he indicated according to the transcrhpt. Indeed, it is a very real proposal, that includes policies to implant a removable sterilant under the arm, reinstating the ability to reproduce if authorized by the state.

3.) IT’S ABOUT SCAPEGOATING THE POOR & DEPENDENT CLASSES, NOT THE ROOT CAUSES


The fall of Detroit has already been analyzed. It was victim to globalization and elite policies to de-industrialize America. In fact, Planned Parenthood’s National Medical Director, Dr. Richard Day, was one of the biggest advocates of this policy.

As ground zero of the U.S. manufacturing base, Detroit, like many other hotspots in the rust belt, was dismantled by trade policies building up new Asian partners and other exploitable, low wage countries. When Detroit was booming, the middle class was growing rapidly, and all groups in society had the chance to prosper– a prosperity that studies show typically correlates with smaller families and greater independence. Black, White, Hispanic– it doesn’t matter.

But now that the larger economic crisis has set off, it is again trendy to blame the dependent poor for all their abuses of the welfare system. Nevermind that the same elite class who advocated de-industrializing the West also purposely triggered the 2008 implosion.

Detroit News‘ Nolan Finley gives an example of a woman on welfare who has had 12 children. “The woman’s womb is a poverty factory,” Finley writes. “In the 1990s, Michigan considered penalizing women who had more babies while on welfare, but pro-life groups killed the idea out of fear it would lead to more abortions,” he also states.

The truth is that the crony-capitalists who control the government don’t want the dependent class to be self-supporting. They’ve just targeted the poor and minority communities because they are most vulnerable and least likely to defend against the attack. Ideally, this collectivist system wants everyone to be under state control- with allotments that allow government leverage over behavior. The end result is not a hostage-taxpayer upset over paying for welfare; it is a hyper-corrupt government that wants to decide who can breed, how many children they can have and if an individual’s life is even worth living. And no, that is not a joke or exaggeration.

It can be labeled socialism. It can be labeled communism. It can be labeled fascism, or a host of other loaded names. But under globalism, our nations are pursuing planned societies, and everything from the economy, the food supply, housing, education and our own bodies are to be regulated and apportioned by the “experts” in control. Fabian Socialist planner George Bernard Shaw embodies this plan, and takes it to the logical endpoint:
“Under socialhsm you would not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, taught, and employed whether you like it or not. If it were discovered that you had not character enough to be worth all this trouble, you might possibly be executed in a kindly manner; but whilst you were permitted to live you would have to live well.”


4. CLASSICAL EUGENICS EN VOGUE AGAIN?


There’s an entire history underscoring how Eugenics was sold to the population in the early parts of the 20th century on the basis of relieving the burden to taxpayers by reducing forcibly the number of dependents. The historical photo posted here will do enough to highlight the point– put pressure on populations by propagandizing about the cost of the poor to taxpayers.
Consider what the Eugenics Archives writes about Virginia’s Eugenical Sterilization Act, from the 1920s, one of more than 27 states who passed Eugenics laws based on Cold Spring Harbor head Harry Laughlin’s Model Law: “It was adopted as part of a cost-saving strategy to relieve the tax burden in a state where public facilities for the “insane” and “feebleminded” had experienced rapid growth.” Hundreds of other pro-Eugenics publications of the era made the same, or similar, pitches– to save taxpayer money.

Detroit’s Nolan Finley has undoubtedly channeled this sentiment again. But the intention is not really to save public money; it is to give the state more power.
Besides, what cost would intentionally adding sex hormones to the water have on all of us? Just think about the dangers of this proposal. How much would be saddled on taxpayers once governments were sued for inducing cancer?

Again, fighting dependency is not the true intent. The same Jaffe-Berelson discussed above that hoped to reduce U.S. fertility by sterilizing the water also advocates “Discouragement of private home ownership.” If this was about cutting the number of government dependents, why would this policy be on the books?
Instead, it implies that the “targets” of population reduction should be UNDER government housing, so that benefits can be dangled over those in need– forcing a decision between bearing children and getting enough money to survive.

But go ahead: blame the indigent, dependent poverty class for our problems. No doubt it could score some political points. Meanwhile, some of us are facing up to the war against humanity itself.
